d' which was established in 1990 in Durban, started as a training company
for hotel and restaurant staff teaching correct service procedures. We
later introduced a wine course as well. It was one of the first private
training companies in South Africa to be registered and accredited by
the Hotel & Catering Industry Training Council.

owned and operated by Marcus & Carol Kleyweg and is based in Cape Town.
Waitre d' has representatives living in Dubai ensuring that the employment
contracts issued are done in accordance with Dubai Labour Laws and that the
accommodation offered is of a high European standard. Waitre
d' has also been placing candidates aboard foreign cruise ships for many years
and have much experience in preparing young people for travel and employment
in a different environment. Waitre d' is the only South African agency that offers FREE presentations and interviews
in the main cities around the country, with no obligation. Should the candidate
be offered a position and has a signed contract from one of our Clients, a small administration fee then becomes payable.
