How would you like to work for the World's ONLY 7-Star Hotel in Dubai?
Well, these are just some of our clients to whom we supply staff for positions in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
Tourism is booming in Dubai and there are numerous opportunities for South Africans with working experience in this field. Dubai is a very clean city with one of the lowest crime rates in the world. We always make sure that we have our candidates' best interests at heart.
In order to encourage a foreign English-speaking work force in Dubai, the hospitality industry offers you great benefits like FREE air-tickets and visas, shared accommodation, meals, 30 days leave per annum, medical plan and end of service bonus They also invite promotion through hard work and loyalty. (Positions not related to the Hotel & Catering Industry may offer other benefits.
There seems to be a lot of misconception about Dubai and we often get asked if the girls could be sold as slaves or be maltreated by the local inhabitants. The truth is that the staff and their families can be assured that Dubai is a cosmopolitan city, which is a lot more Westernised than the rest of the Middle East. The Labour Laws are extremely strict and they protect employees. Women are greatly respected in Dubai and if you are a young female you can rest assured that you will be a lot safer in Dubai than in most other cities in the world.
Dubai offers the most wonderful opportunities for those who are prepared to work hard. There are numerous opportunities to train within the hotel you will be working for and promotion is encouraged from within. Socially, Dubai is paradise. The shops are amazing, the night life exciting, sport and recreation facilities are some of the best in the world. Why not consider this as your next destination!!!

Where else in the world are South Africans offered so many FREE benefits?
Nowhere else in the world! Sounds too good to be true? It is true, but in order for you to receive these FREE benefits, you will be required to sign a contract and repay the costs incurred by the company, not in money, but in terms of your length of service. After two years you will not be required to pay back any costs incurred and will receive a return ticket to your city of departure. Should you resign before this period, you will be required to pay your employer some of the costs, depending on how long you have been employed for. However, your contract is usually open-ended, with a 30 day notice period and renewable should you wish to stay longer.
We offer FREE Presentations for groups which are then followed by individual Interviews with no obligation whatsoever. Should you be offered a position and presented with a signed contract from an hotel or resort in Dubai, we would then charge a small agency fee. All costs are discussed during the FREE Presentations.
This is a very exciting project. Most South Africans wanting to travel and experience other parts of the world find that it can take years to save sufficient funds for the air ticket and then upon arrival at their destination, find that few employers will offer free accommodation or similar benefits. To work in Dubai you do NOT require to have any money in your passport, so for the cost of your agency fees and spending money, YOU could be flying off to work and live in a new and exciting destination.
